Burger Bun

When a burger without a yummy bun just won't do, this is the perfect go to recipe.

The yumminess without the guilt.

  1. Preheat your oven to 190C.
  2. Beat the eggs until frothy. Add the yoghurt and beat well.
  3. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes, to allow the ingredients to "swell".
  5. Divide the mixture equally to make 3 buns, using a metal cutter (+- 9cm diameter).
  6. OPTIONAL: Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds.
  7. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
