When a burger without a yummy bun just won't do, this is the perfect go to recipe.
The yumminess without the guilt.
- Preheat your oven to 190C.
- Beat the eggs until frothy. Add the yoghurt and beat well.
- Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
- Allow the mixture to stand for 10 minutes, to allow the ingredients to "swell".
- Divide the mixture equally to make 3 buns, using a metal cutter (+- 9cm diameter).
- OPTIONAL: Sprinkle with sesame or poppy seeds.
- Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
